Maegan age 2 has some bright red ones and Blake age 4 has some blue ones with tractors! Mine are navy stripy.
They've been worn a number of times and are great! The kids love them and Meg likes to wear her shiny red wellies with pretty much everything!
You can tell these are good quality, hard wearing wellies - they have good chunky grips on the soles and little buckles on the sides - although these seem to work their way undone. Both pairs feature Joules logos and branding. Love the stripe down the back and the chunky soles. I went with a size bigger because with wellies I think a little extra room for welly socks and growth is necessary.
The kids Joules wellies are brilliant, lots of fun and I'll just let the photos speak for themselves! As you will see - the grips are good enough even for climbers!
Joules also sent me a pair of Ladies Wellies - always a gamble not knowing what you are going to get! I've worn them a few times and they are hard wearing and good quality but the design does not suit me at all - I'm short (5'2") and slightly plump at a size 12 and I find the horizontal stripe pattern unflattering for my frame and the boots seem to be baggy on the leg so they uncomfortably bunch up a lot. Just like the children's wellies, these have the lovely bright stripe down the back and good grip soles, and the buckles work loose quite a lot. Looking at the designs, I'm sure some of the other patterns would have been much more flattering and the fit on some of the other styles such as the Evedon would suit shorter legs better as they have a dip behind the knee, from the photos they look more shapely. These wellies have a bright red stripy lining which isn't colourfast so they ruined my favourite pair of white fluffy socks!
I absolutely loved the children's Wellies but I have to be honest and say I have mixed feeling for this particular design of ladies wellies.
